Refuse & Waste Fleet Hydraulics
Refuse trucks run every day on routes that do not wait. Packer cylinders, tailgate rams and roll-off hoists are among the most common repairs we see, and turnaround matters more here than almost anywhere.
What we rebuild
Packer and ejection cylinders, tailgate lift and lock rams, roll-off hoist cylinders, front and side lift arm cylinders, container lift hydraulics, and the pumps and valve banks driving them.
Why they fail
Refuse hydraulics work harder than almost any other fleet application — constant cycling, heavy shock loading and a filthy environment. Rod pitting and seal wear are routine rather than exceptional. Rebuilding on a schedule costs far less than failing on a route.
Ask about rebuilding spares ahead of time so a failure means a swap, not a truck down.
Fleet accounts
If you run a fleet, talk to us about keeping your cylinder specs on file. When one fails we already know the bore, stroke and seal kit — which takes hours out of the turnaround.
